Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with EB Nutra. We value your satisfaction and do our best to process and ship your order quickly. Please review our cancellation terms below.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@ebnutra.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

Our support team will confirm whether your order qualifies for cancellation and process your refund if applicable.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Pre-Orders or Backorders

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

 

Processing & Fulfillment

Because we ship orders the same day through our fulfillment partners, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
